TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers
The TSX series, a new generation of 16V Amplifier ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, combines high performance and high reliability, making them well suited for a variety of demanding applications. An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption, class leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages. The combination of features along with STMicroelectronics commitment to quality and reliability makes these devices an ideal signal conditioning solution for rugged applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial controls.
Automotive Op Amps
STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps meet the requirements of extreme reliability and quality demanded by the market. The Op Amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.
Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics Precision Operational Amplifiers offer features ranging from micropower consumption, to zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics strengths in this area include the largest micropower op amp portfolio in the market, with consumption as low as 2 µA; reliable high volume supplier of both standard and high-performance op amps; space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70; and guaranteed specified min/max electrical performances. Low Power Op Amps

This provides the optimal performance for the appropriate power budget. ST’s low-power operational amplifier solutions include widely used devices, but also provide design engineers with upgrade options. These include better accuracy, a standby feature and small packages.
Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps)
STMicroelectronics Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) portfolio consists of high-performance, low-power, precision op amps housed in tiny packages. This micropower op amp portfolio features consumption as low as 2µA with standard and high-performance op amps. The portfolio is made of space-saving packages, like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70.
TSX63x Micropower Rail-to-Rail Op Amps
STMicroelectronics TSX63 Micropower Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifiers offer low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. TSX631 is the single version, TSX632 the dual version and TSX634 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSX63x and TSX63xA series offer a 200kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming 60μA maximum at 16V. The devices are housed in the tiniest industrial packages. These features make the TSX63x and TSX63xA family ideal for sensor interfaces and industrial signal conditioning. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance ease the use in harsh automotive applications.
Precision Op Amps
STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions, associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows the devices to be used on a wide range of applications.
