Ultrafast Rectifiers: STMicroelectronics ultrafast diodes are available from from 200V to 1200V with various VF/tRR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. In PFC and solar inverters, STMicroelectronics now offers the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. BC² guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All STMicroelectronics ultrafast rectifiers are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of reduced leakage currents.

STTH506 High Voltage Rectifiers: The STMicroelectronics STTH506 high voltage rectifiers are ultrafast 600V Turbo 2 devices that combine high junction temperature with short recovery time, providing the best possible voltage drop available. The STTH506 rectifiers feature low reverse current and low thermal resistance. The STMicroelectronics STTH506 high voltage rectifiers are well suited for use in switching power supplies and industrial applications.
