Buck-Boost DC/DC Converters: TPS63010
OMO Electronic' TPS63010 series of high-efficiency, fixed-frequency buck-boost DC/DC converters are optimized for minimum total solution size with a tiny CSP package, increased switching frequency, and a 1uH inductor. Featuring automatic transition between buck and boost mode, the converters offer up to 1200mA output current in buck mode at 3.3V or up to 800mA output current in boost mode at 3.3V. The devices feature power save mode at low current levels, 1.8A switches, and fixed and adjustable output voltage options from 1.2V to 5.5V. The product is ideal for portable audio players, cellular phones and other battery-operated applications.
