TPS229xx Load Switches
OMO Electronic TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The small size and low RON of the TPS229xx Load Switches make them ideal for use in space constrained, battery-powered applications. The wide input voltage range of the switches makes them a versatile solution for many different voltage rails. The controlled rise time of these devices greatly reduces inrush current caused by large bulk load capacitances, thereby reducing or eliminating power supply droop. Certain TPS229xx Load Switches further reduce the total solution size by integrating a pull-down resistor for quick output discharge (QOD) when the switch is turned off.
Ultra Small Load Switch: TPS22907
The OMO Electronic TPS22907 is an ultra small, low on-resistance load switch with controlled turn on. The TI TPS22907 load switch contains a P-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.1V to 3.6V and features 1A maximum continuous switch current. The TI TPS22907 load switch is controlled by an on /off input (ON) capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The TI TPS22907 load switch is designed for use in a variety of applications, including battery powered equipment, portable industrial equipment, GPS devices, and more.
