LT306x Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LT306x Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Linear Regulators supply 500mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. The LDOs operate over a 1.8V to 45V input voltage range. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality.
