ATmega128RFA1 Wireless Module: Microchip Technology ATmega128RFA1 Wireless Module is a low-power CMOS 8-bit Microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture combined with a high data rate transceiver for the 2.4GHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) radio band. The ATmega128RFA1 delivers throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz, offering optimal power consumption versus processing speed.
