Each device is characterized across a -40°C to 105°C temperature range, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. TPS65218 comes in either a 48-pin QFN package (6mm × 6mm, 0.4mm pitch) or a 48-pin QFP package (7mm × 7mm, 0.5mm pitch).
