Rohm BD2220/1/4/5 Current Limit High-Side Switch ICs: ROHM's BD2220/1/4/5 Current Limit High-Side Switch ICs are high-side switches with a function of over-current protection used in the power supply line of a memory card slot. In the switch part, an N-channel MOSFET with low ON resistance has been integrated in the circuit. Moreover, a soft start function, an under voltage lockout function and an over temperature protection function are integrated into the device as well. Typical applications include car audio, PLC, AC servo, set top box, blood pressure monitor, DVR/DVS, home theater system, and various motor control applications.Learn More
