This operational amplifier features such as differential input voltage range to the supply rail, high output current, high capacitive load drive, and high slew rate. This makes the OPAx197/OPAx197-Q1 a robust, high-performance operational amplifier for high-voltage, industrial applications. The OPAx197-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
