The TO-92 components provide a robust through-hole solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The P-0EA thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings.

SIDACtor components are solid state crowbar devices designed to protect telecom equipment during hazardous transient conditions.
