QPC6082 SP8T RF Switch
Qorvo QPC6082 SP8T RF Switch is a low loss, high isolation switch with performance optimized for CDMA, WCDMA, and LTE applications requiring high linearity. The RF and antenna ports of the QPC6082 switch can be directly connected in 50Ω systems and control logic is compatible with +1.3V to +1.8V systems. The QPC6082 does not require DC blocking capacitors if there is no external DC voltage present at the RF or antenna ports. The supply voltage of the QPC6082 RF switch is intended for connection to +2.85V systems but the device is operable from +2.4V to +4.5V. The compact 2.0mm x 2.0mm QFN-14 package of the QPC6082 offers designers a compact, easy-to-use, switch component for quick integration into multi-mode, multi-band systems.
