The SN74LVC1G79 device is a single positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop that is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation.

Clock triggering occurs at a voltage level and is not directly related to the rise time of the clock pulse. OMO Electronic SN74LVC1G79/SN74LVC1G79-Q1 Single D-Type Flip-Flop is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
