TGL2217 & TGL2217-SM 0.1-20GHz 10W VPIN Limiters: Qorvo TGL2217 & TGL2217-SM 0.1-20GHz 10W VPIN Limiters are high power, wideband GaAs VPIN limiters that protect sensitive receive channel components from high power incident signals. These limiters do not require DC bias and achieve low insertion loss all while in a small form factor. These devices allow for simple integration with minimal impact to system performance. Both the TGL2217 and TGL2217-SM operate from 0.1-20GHz with low insertion losses of less than 0.7dB and 0.9db respectively. Receive protection is rated up to 10W incident pulsed-power with a low flat leakage of less than 18.5dBm. The TGL2217 is offered in die form. The TGL2217-SM is offered in a small 3.5 x 3.5mm QFN package for simple board level assembly. The TGL2217-SM is fully matched to 50Ω on both RF ports. Both devices are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and well suited for commercial and defense related applications.Learn More
