TPD12S015 HDMI Companion Chip: The OMO Electronic TPD12S015 HDMI Companion Chip is an integrated HDMI ESD solution offering eight low-capacitance ESD clamps, allowing HDMI 1.3 data rates. The integrated ESD clamps and resistors on the TI TPD12S015 provide good matching between each differential signal pair, giving it an advantage over discrete ESD clamp solutions in which variations between ESD clamps degrade the differential signal quality. The TI TPD12S015 HDMI Companion Chip is ideal for smart phones, digital camcorders, and more.
