SAM L10/L11 ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCUs: Microchip Technology SAM L10/L11 ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCUs are ultra-low power, 32-bit MCUs with TrustZone, crypto, and enhanced Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC). The SAM L10/L11 MCUs come with 32MHz ARM® Cortex®-M23 core with single-cycle hardware multiplier, hardware divider, Nested Vector Interrupt Controller (NVIC), and Memory Protection Unit (MPU). These MCUs feature power-on-reset, programmable brown-out detection, 8-channel DMAC, and 8-channel event system for inter-peripheral core-independent operation.
