These OMO Electronic devices include the SN65ELT21, which features 3ns (typical) propagation delay and an operating range of 4.3V to 5.7V with GND = 0V. The TI SN65ELT23 dual differential PECL buffer to TTL translator includes 24 mA TTL outputs, an operating range of 4.75V to 5.25V with GND = 0V, and support for clock frequencies of 250 MHz (typical). The TI SN65LVELT23 is a 3.3V dual differential LVPECL / LVDS buffer to LVTTL translator with 24 mA LVTTL outputs, operating range of 3.0V to 3.6V with GND = 0V, and support for clock frequencies to >180 MHz.
