TPS3711 Wide-Supply Voltage Detector: Texas Instruments TPS3711 Wide-Supply Voltage Detector operates over a voltage range of 1.8V to 36V. The device has a precision comparator with an internal 400mV reference and an open-drain output rated to 25V for under voltage detection. The monitored voltage can be set with the use of external resistors. OUT is driven low when the voltage at the SENSE pin drops below the negative threshold. The OUT goes high when the voltage returns above the positive threshold. The comparator in the TPS3711 includes a built-in hysteresis for noise rejection, thereby ensuring stable output operation without false triggering.

TPS37xx/TPS37xx-Q1 Low-Power Voltage Detectors: Texas Instruments TPS37xx/TPS37xx-Q1 Low-Power High-Accuracy Voltage Detectors are two-channel voltage detectors with low-power and small solution size. The SENSE1 and SENSE2 inputs include hysteresis to reject brief glitches, ensuring stable output operation without false triggering. These devices have adjustable SENSE inputs that can be configured by an external resistor divider. When the voltage at the SENSE1 or SENSE2 input goes below the falling threshold, OUT1 or OUT2 is driven low, respectively. When SENSE1 or SENSE2 rises above the rising threshold, OUT1 or OUT2 goes high, respectively. The devices have a very low quiescent current of 2µA (typical). This very low quiescent current provides a precise, space-conscious solution for voltage detection suitable for low-power system-monitoring and portable applications.
