Cypress MB9B310T Series Microcontrollers are highly integrated high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 MCUs designed for embedded controllers. These MCUs have on-chip flash memory and SRAM with motor control timers, Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), and communication interfaces (USB, UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN). Other features include a multi-function serial interface, external bus interface, USB interface, DMA controller, A/D converter, base timer, and QPRC.
