The power supply works, the voltage drawdown under load did not check, i use to power low-power devices for 12 volts. The radiator of the power transistor rusty, apparently, the device was used in a damp room or (most likely) the board was stored in a damp room (or even lying in the open air). But, it works-and more is not required, especially for 77 rubles.I recommend!
