QPB7400 Adjustable Gain RF Amplifier: Qorvo QPB7400 RF Amplifier is a low cost amp IC designed for applications from 50MHz to 1218MHz. The QPB7400 offers a balance of low noise and distortion, providing an ideal solution for a wide range of broadband amplifiers used in cable television applications, including optical receivers and low noise front ends. The QPB7400 features adjustable gain and return loss, using an external feedback resistor. An internal bias circuit mitigates the effect of temperature and process variation. An external resistor may be used with the QPB7400 amplifier IC to adjust the bias current to optimize distortion or noise performance. The QPB7400 is fabricated using 6" GaAs pHEMT technology to optimize performance and cost.The PV7400 is offered in a compact 3-pin SOT-89 package.Learn More
