The SMP TVS Diodes delivers a power rating of 2A, with excellent levels of thermal resistance. The SMP Diodes are ideal for power supply and conversion applications, such as, desktop and notebook PCs, servers, disk drives, mobile phones, PDAs, and hybrid ICs. The SMP TVS allows designers to reduce the size of power circuitry in applications for automotive electronic sensors and control units, enabling more space-efficient end products.
