TGP2109 Phase Shifter
Qorvo TGP2109 6-bit phase shifter operates over 8 to 12GHz and provides 360° of phase coverage. The TGP2109 has an LSB of 5.625° and achieves a low RMS phase error of 4° with 5dB of insertion loss. It is designed for a variety of x-band phased array applications. These include commercial and military radars and phase array communication systems.
