VSC7414 Ethernet Switch: Microchip VSC7414 Ethernet Switch is a best-in-class power and small footprint 11-port Serial Gigabit Media-Independent Interface (SGMII) switch. The VSC7414 consists of nine 10/100/1000Mbps SGMII/SerDes ports and two 1G/2.5G SGMII/SerDes ports. This Ethernet switch provides Layer-2 with advanced TCAM-based VLAN and Quality Of Service (QoS). The VSC7414 switch includes an embedded 416MHz MIPS processor 32bit CPU with DDR2/DDR3 external memory. This switch operates at -40ºC to 125ºC temperature and 1.6W power dissipation. The VSC7414 switch offers 2-wire, JTAG, SPI, and SIO interface types. Applications include enterprise routing, industrial switching, and Audio Video Bridging (AVB).Learn more
