R1524x Low Supply Current LDO Regulators
Ricoh R1524x Low Supply Current Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are CMOS-based voltage regulators with very low supply current. These regulators offer 200mA output current and operate within 3.5V to 36V (50V-maximum rating) input voltage range. The R1524x device consists of an output short-circuit protection circuit, overcurrent protection circuit, and thermal shutdown circuit. These LDO regulators operate from -40°C to 105°C temperature range and are ideal as a power source in electric home appliances. The R1524x are available in four different packaging options based on factors like high-density mounting and high wattage.
