Very good deal, seems to meet the DIODES datasheet, transistor tester showed around 2.0ohm RDSon, capacitance meter showed about 30pF Gate-Source capacitance, not tested under load yet, and switching times. Seller sensed 101 pcs :) thanks for that. Marking code is K72. Packaged in a reel strip. Fast delivery. Nice, will buy again :)
