Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)
ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small thin packages and offered in a wide range of detection voltages. They can be used for every kind of application equipped with controllers like micro controllers, CPU or DSP. In the ROHM voltage detector IC series CMOS and open drain output are available. Output of reset signal can be selected for connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible, so they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free, and meet RoHS.
BDx7Axx Voltage Detector ICs with Watchdog Timer
ROHM BDx7Axx Series Voltage Detector ICs with Watchdog Timer are watchdog timer reset ICs that deliver a high precision detection voltage of ±1.5% and a super-low current consumption of 5μA (Typ). They can be used in a wide range of electronic devices to monitor power supply voltages and in-system operation to prevent runaway operation.
