ESDAXLC6-1BU2 Bidirectional ESD Protection: STMicroelectronics ESDAXLC6-1BU2 Bidirectional ESD Protection is a bidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients. Features include extra low diode capacitance, low leakage current, 0201 SMD package size and ultra small PCB area. The device is ideal for applications where both reduced line capacitance and board space saving are required. Typical applications include smartphones, mobile phones, tablet PCs, netbooks, notebooks, portable multimedia devices, digital cameras, camcorders, and communication devices.
