SP0544T / SP7538P Ultra Low Cap TVS Diode Arrays: Littelfuse SP0544T and SP7538P Ultra Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays integrate 4 and 8 channels, respectively, of ultra low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional zener diode to provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The SP0544T and SP7538P Diode Arrays are capable of safely absorbing repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. The SP0544T is ideal for protecting high speed signal pins such as V-By-One, HDMI, USB3.0, and IEEE 1394.
