ON Semiconductor NRVTSM245E is offered as a very low-leakage 45V, 2A Trench Schottky Rectifier in a Powermite package. The NRVTSM245E is based on Fine Lithography Trench−based Schottky Technology to deliver very low-leakage performance over a wide temperature range. Using this technology, NRVTSM245E provides low, forward voltage drop without the high reverse leakage found in planar Schottky rectifiers. The device also delivers stable switching characteristics. The NRVTSM245E Trench-based Schottky Rectifier is ideally suited for switching power supplies including compact adapters and flat panel displays, as well as many other applications.Learn More
