RF Switch ICs: IDT RF Switch ICs are offered in SPDT, SP2T, SP4T, and SP5T designs featuring Kz constant impedance technology, very low insertion loss, and high input IP3 performance. These high-isolation RF switches deliver a wide frequency bandwidth and an extended operating temperature range for high-reliability applications. IDT RF switches utilize advanced RF silicon semiconductor technology which offers advantages over other technologies such as GaAs.

F2970 SPDT RF Switch IC: IDT F2970 SPDT RF Switch is a low insertion loss, 75Ω, absorptive broadband RF switch optimized for the latest cable networking equipment. The F2970 supports the Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) 3.1 standard. This makes the F2970 ideal for next-generation cable TV equipment and broadband applications, from the headend to fiber nodes and distribution amplifiers. The F2970 delivers high linearity across a wide frequency range of 5MHz to 3000MHz. This allows the switch to be used in both the upstream and downstream signal chains throughout a CATV network. This device features a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, low insertion loss of only 0.32dB at 1200MHz, and high isolation of 68dB at 1200MHz. The F2970 operates with a single positive supply voltage and supports 3.3V logic. The F2970 is packaged in a compact 4mm x 4mm 20-pin LQFN package.
