FAN49101 TinyPower™ Buck-Boost Regulators: ON Semiconductor FAN49101 TinyPower™ Buck-Boost Regulators are high efficiency buck-boost switching mode regulators which accept input voltages either above or below the regulated output voltage. The FAN49101 is capable of delivering up to 2A while regulating the output at 3.4V by using full-bridge architecture with synchronous rectification. The regulator exhibits seamless transition between step-up and step-down modes to reduce output disturbances. Typical applications include smart phones, tablets, netbooks®, ultra-mobile PCs, portable devices with Li-ion batteries, 2G/3G/4G power amplifiers, and NFC applications.
